Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Clinched app and clinchedprep.com, provided by Qubi LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Clinched you agree to them.
What Clinched is
Clinched is an independent study tool for professional license exams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency or any testing provider. Our practice questions are original and are not actual exam questions.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to make every question accurate and current, and every answer shows its source. Still, rules change and mistakes can happen. Clinched is for study only; always rely on the official regulations and publications. We don’t guarantee that you will pass any exam.
Subscriptions
- Clinched Pro is available as a 1-month, 3-month or 12-month subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your use of Clinched
We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own study. Please don’t copy, resell or republish our questions and explanations, scrape the app, or try to get around the free plan’s limits. Official government documents we quote remain in the public domain.
Reports and feedback
If you send a question report or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Clinched, without obligation to you.
Limitation of liability
Clinched is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Qubi LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we will tell you in the app; continuing to use Clinched means you accept the updated terms.
