Privacy Policy
Clinched is an exam-prep app made by Qubi LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Clinched app and clinchedprep.com handle and why. The short version: you don’t need an account, your study progress stays on your phone, and we don’t sell your data or show ads.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your answers, mistakes, flagged questions, readiness history, exam date, daily goal and reminder settings on your device. This information is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Question reports you send
When you report a problem with a question, we receive the question ID, the reason you chose, any note you type, the answer you picked and the time. We use reports only to review and fix questions. Please don’t include personal information in the note.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat, a subscription service, to confirm which plan is active on your device; it receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase records from Apple or Google. Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled on your device. We do not receive a push token or send marketing messages.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or share your personal information.
- We don’t use advertising identifiers or show ads.
- The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If we add crash reporting or usage analytics, we will update this policy first.
Website
clinchedprep.com does not use cookies for advertising. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, for a limited time.
Children
Clinched is intended for people preparing for professional license exams. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices and rights
You can reset your progress in the app (More → Reset my progress) or delete the app at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
